At Magic Mountain, we want you to love your adventure-ready apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to making the process as seamless as a descent down the slopes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all mountain-grade tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email with tracking to follow your return's journey back to the peak.
